*A founding cohort bonus: this is the very first season of Living in Rhythm, and I want to celebrate that. The first 3 people to sign up can bring a friend for free — once you've signed up, I'll send you a discount code to pass along to them. Consider it your excuse to talk someone you love into slowing down with you this season.
You are not separate from the natural world — and neither is your nervous system. The earth moves through seasons of rest, growth, expansion, and release. So do we, in our bodies, our energy, our minds, and our lives. Living in Rhythm is a four-season yoga and mindfulness program built to help you actually live that way, six gentle sessions at a time, one season at a time, for as long as you'd like to stay.
This space was built with a wide range of nervous systems and bodies in mind, because rhythm looks different for everyone.
If you're navigating a brain injury, a disability, a chronic illness, neurodivergence, or burnout, this practice was shaped with your pacing in mind from the very beginning. Every class is built around real tools for energy conservation, nervous system regulation, and honoring your own capacity instead of pushing through it. Spoon theory, pacing, and permission to do less all live here alongside the yoga.
And if none of that is your story — if you're simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, to the seasons, and to a more grounded, centered way of moving through your life — you're just as welcome. Living in Rhythm exists as one shared container for both kinds of need, because honestly, they're not as different as our culture likes to pretend. We all need somewhere to slow down.
Four seasons a year. Six weeks each. Ninety minutes a class.
Each six-week season moves gently through five layers of experience: body, energy, mind, wisdom, and connection. By the end of a season, you'll have touched all of it — how you feel physically, how you're managing your energy, what's actually going on in your mind and heart, what you're learning to trust in yourself, and how you're staying connected to the people and world around you.
Every class follows the same familiar shape, so you always know what you're walking into: a few minutes to arrive and land in your body, a simple check-in, a short teaching on the week's theme, a movement and breath practice, a little quiet journaling, group discussion, and a closing that sends you back into your week with something small to carry. After class, you'll get a follow-up email and companion guide with that week's practice and reflection, so nothing gets lost even on the weeks life gets in the way.
You don't have to attend every season to belong here — but if you do, by the end of a full year you'll have built a genuinely wide toolkit: breathwork, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry practices that repeat often enough to become second nature, alongside new ones layered in each season so it never feels like the same six weeks on repeat.
Expect low lighting energy, not high performance energy. Expect to be asked how you're arriving before you're asked to do anything. Expect movement that can be as small as noticing your breath or as full as flowing through a sequence — your call, every time. Expect real conversation, not a monologue. Expect to leave with one tiny, doable practice for the week ahead instead of a long list of things to fix about yourself.
Presence is participation. Camera on or off. Speaking up or staying quiet. Following along fully or just breathing in the background — all of it counts as showing up. All of the yoga can be done seated in a chair or lying on a mat, whichever your body needs that day, and that can change week to week without any explanation required.
Group size: Each season needs a minimum of 6 people signed up to run.
Sign-up deadline: 6 spots need to be filled by midnight the night before the first class. If we're not there yet, invite a friend — seriously, this is the easiest way to make sure the season happens.
If we don't hit 6: I'll email everyone who's signed up to let you know whether the season is cancelled or being rescheduled.
If the scheduled time doesn't work for you: reach out to me directly. Depending on demand, I may be able to open a second class time.
Active private clients receive complimentary access to Living in Rhythm. If you've been curious about starting one-on-one sessions, this is one more reason to reach out.
Investment: $190–$240 for the season (6 sessions). $215 is the suggested rate that keeps this program sustainable. Pay where you land in that range — no explanation needed, ever.
Pay in full at signup, or split your season into 3 payments every 2 weeks (payments are spaced 2 weeks apart starting from your signup date, not the class start date)— same total cost either way, just choose whatever's easier on your budget.
However you're arriving — tired, curious, skeptical, hopeful, all of the above — there's room for you here. Come as you are, in the season you're actually in, and let's practice living in rhythm together.
