An approach that blends neuroscience, psychology, and movement to help regulate mood and the nervous system. Emphasizes how posture, movement patterns, and awareness can influence emotional state.
Postural Restoration Institute (PRI): https://www.posturalrestoration.com/
A therapeutic framework focused on how breathing, posture, and asymmetry affect the body. Often used by PTs to address chronic pain, movement patterns, and compensations—especially when traditional exercise hasn’t helped.
