Where rest is allowed. Capacity can change. You can show up as you are. And sometimes, someone else puts words to something you thought you were the only one experiencing.
Tides of Healing Collective groups create spaces to practice, learn, reflect, and connect alongside other people—without the pressure to perform wellness or pretend you're doing better than you are.
Some groups center around conversation and community. Others weave together education, reflection, and embodied practices.
Find the kind of space that feels supportive for you right now.
Living in Rhythm is a six-week seasonal series exploring what it means to live in greater relationship with your body, your energy, and the rhythms already moving around and within you.
Rather than asking ourselves to operate at the same capacity every day, we practice noticing what is here—and responding with curiosity, compassion, and choice.
Each week we explore a different layer of ourselves through a blend of education, embodied practice, reflection, and conversation.
Practices may include restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, breathwork, progressive relaxation, somatic exploration, and other tools for slowing down and listening inward.
Living in Rhythm is offered seasonally, creating an opportunity to return throughout the year and notice what has shifted.
Throughout the year, Tides of Healing may offer workshops, seasonal gatherings, collaborative events, and other opportunities to explore particular topics or practices together.
These spaces might center around an embodied practice, education, creativity, reflection, a seasonal transition, or something our community has been curious about.
Some will be virtual. Some will be in person. Some may be offered in collaboration with other practitioners.
Tides of Healing groups are intentionally facilitated with choice, accessibility, and changing capacity in mind.
Depending on the group, you may be invited into conversation, education, movement, meditation, reflection, or other practices.
But an invitation is just that—an invitation.
You can participate in ways that work for you.
You can sit instead of stand.
You can lie down.
You can turn your camera off.
You can take a break.
You can choose not to share.
You can change your mind.
You can arrive having a great day, a terrible day, or a "I genuinely have no idea what kind of day this is" day.
You do not have to be well enough to belong here.
You don't need to find the perfect category before joining the Tides of Healing community. Some people may see themselves in more than one of these spaces. Others may simply be looking for connection, practice, or a place where they can show up with less masking and more honesty.
