Not sure whether yoga therapy is the right fit? You can start with a 25-minute conversation for $25. We'll talk briefly about what you're looking for, answer questions about the process, and see whether working together feels like a good next step.

If you move forward with an Initial Intake, your $25 Fit Call fee will be credited toward the cost of your intake.

The Fit Call is completely optional — if you already feel ready to begin, you can skip it.
