You need something created specifically for you.
Custom Private Sessions are personalized experiences for individuals, pairs, and small groups, designed around what you're hoping to explore, experience, or receive.
Instead of choosing from a predetermined class or modality, we have the freedom to draw from the different practices in my toolbox to create something that fits you or your group.
You can come to me knowing exactly what you want — or simply knowing how you'd like to feel.
There is no single formula.
Movement or adaptive yoga, restorative practices, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, somatic practices, sound, nervous system support, reflection, ritual, facilitated conversation — or a combination of several practices.
We might create:
Or something entirely different.
You don't need to know which modality you need. Tell me what you're hoping for, what you're navigating, or how you'd like to feel — and we can start there.
Customization is about more than choosing a few practices from a list.
It means considering who you are, who is in the room, what your body or nervous system needs, what matters to you, and what kind of experience you want to create.
You are always welcome to share preferences, boundaries, access needs, curiosities, and things you absolutely do — or do not — want included.
And if you have no idea what would feel supportive? That's okay too.
Part of my role is helping you translate "I know I need something, but I'm not sure what" into an experience we can explore together.
Complete my short Work With Me form and share a little about yourself, who the session is for, and what you're hoping for. You do not need to have a fully formed idea before reaching out.
Work With MeI'll review what you share and help shape the session around your needs. If you're not sure what you want, I can recommend practices or a format that I think could be a good fit. If you'd rather talk before deciding, you can also choose a $25 for 25-minute consultation when you complete the form.
Because every session is different, you'll receive a clear, all-inclusive price before you commit. No surprises, no hidden fees.
We meet virtually or in person and experience what we've created together.
Custom Private Sessions start at $150.
Every custom session is a little different, so pricing depends on the experience we create together. Your quote may take into account:
You'll receive one clear, all-inclusive quote before booking, so you'll know exactly what your session will cost before you say yes.
There are no surprise add-on fees.

I'm based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, and travel for private sessions may also be possible depending on location, scheduling, and what we're creating together.
If travel is needed, any applicable travel costs will be included in your quote.
Have something farther away in mind? You're still welcome to ask.
Both offer individualized support, but they serve different purposes.
Choose a Custom Private Session when you're looking for a personalized practice or experience.
This might be a one-time experience, something you return to occasionally, or an ongoing private practice. Sessions can also be created for pairs and small groups.
Yoga Therapy is a more structured, individualized therapeutic process designed to support your particular goals and well-being over time.
We begin with a comprehensive intake, develop an individualized plan of care, and continue working together through a series of sessions that can evolve as your needs change.
Learn about Yoga TherapyMaybe you already know you want a private sound bath. Maybe you want to gather a few people you love for an afternoon of deep rest. Maybe you're moving through a transition and want to mark it intentionally. Maybe you know your nervous system desperately needs some care, but you have absolutely no idea what that should look like.
Or maybe you just keep thinking: I want to work with Morgan. I'm just not sure what I want to do.
That's enough of a starting point.
Bring me the intention. We can create the experience together.
