How to Use This Schedule

You can view the schedule in the way that works best for you:

  • Change the view — Click the “View” dropdown at the top left of the calendar to switch between “Events by Week,” “Events by Day,” or “Upcoming Events” view.

  • Use filters — Click the “Filter” button to find specific classes or offerings. For example, you can look at only yoga classes, support groups, or special events.

  • Look ahead — Use the “>” and “<” arrows to move forward or back a week or month.

  • Jump to a date — You can also click on the calendar icon to select a specific day.

These virtual yoga classes are designed for folks with brain injuries, disabilities, chronic illness, and anyone who prefers adaptive, nervous system-friendly movement. You're invited to move, rest, and connect — with options for being on or off camera and making the practice your own.
