This class is designed to gently build strength, improve stability, and support neuroplasticity for individuals living with brain injuries, including concussion, TBI, and stroke. With a focus on mindful, accessible movement, we move slowly and intentionally to develop muscular support, joint integrity, and balance—while honoring the brain’s need for structure, simplicity, and rest.

Expect a blend of:

  • Gentle strength-building poses with options for seated or standing practice
  • Core engagement and balance work to support daily function
  • Clear, paced instructions with minimal transitions
  • Time for grounding, breath, and rest to regulate the nervous system

This class supports body awareness, confidence in movement, and the development of both physical and neurological resilience. All bodies and abilities are welcome—modifications and support are offered throughout.
