1:1 Private Support Session

Personalized support to help you feel more at home in your body, mind, and daily life — at a pace that works for both of us.

These 45-minute private sessions offer personalized support designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Many people choose to schedule a regular weekly or biweekly time to create a steady rhythm, but there’s no monthly payment or contract required. You simply pay per session.

If either of us needs to rest or reschedule, we just pick back up the following week — no lost sessions, no rollover, no pressure.

We’ll work together on practical, accessible ways to help you feel more connected, resourced, and supported.

Each session can include:

  • 🧘 Yoga practices — movement (asana), breathwork, meditation, philosophy, and daily applications.
  • 🤝 Peer support and gentle, practical accountability.
  • 🧠 Translating medical or therapy information into clear, plain language.
  • 🩺 Navigating the healthcare system with less overwhelm.
  • 🏡 Designing brain-friendly home rhythms and daily routines.
  • 🌿 Nervous system regulation tools to support your capacity and energy.
  • Spiritual hygiene practices — grounding, reconnecting with yourself, and befriending your body, mind, soul, and spirit.

📅 Scheduling:

  • We can find a regular time that works for you, or book session by session.
  • There’s no penalty if we need to pause for a week.
  • Consistency is encouraged but always flexible.

💙 This is a collaborative space — you bring your lived experience, and we build tools and practices together to support your everyday life.

Scope & Disclaimer

I hold a medical degree and completed some training in family medicine residency; however, I am not a licensed physician, do not practice medicine, and do not offer medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. I am also not a licensed mental health professional (such as a therapist, psychologist, social worker, or counselor), not a licensed or registered occupational therapist (OT), physical therapist (PT), or speech-language pathologist (SLP), and not a licensed nutritionist or dietitian.

My work is grounded in lived experience, peer support principles, yoga training, and a deep commitment to holistic well-being. While I bring a rich background in health sciences and clinical education, I operate strictly within a non-clinical, supportive role. I will always refer out to licensed professionals when your needs extend beyond my scope.

I am currently completing training to become a certified yoga therapist. However, until that credentialing process is complete, all yoga offered in private sessions is considered personalized private yoga and not yoga therapy.

In our sessions, we may touch on topics such as grief, anger, identity shifts, or other experiences commonly discussed in therapeutic settings. Please know that these conversations are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or clinical care. They are meant to provide compassionate support, reflective space, and practical tools—not professional treatment.

If you're ever unsure about whether I am the right fit for your needs, I welcome your questions and will help you find the appropriate referrals when needed.
