This is a space for people whose bodies or lives don’t always move at the pace the world expects.
Many people here are living with brain injury, chronic illness, disability, or neurodivergence. Others arrive after seasons of burnout, loss, caregiving, or long-term stress — when what once worked no longer does.
What we share is the experience of limited or unpredictable capacity, and the need for ways of caring for ourselves that don’t rely on pushing, fixing, or pretending we’re fine.
You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here.
You don’t need to be “on a healing journey.”
You’re welcome just as you are.
Everything offered here is designed with accessibility, choice, and real life in mind.
For some people, “returning to yourself” feels grounding. For others — especially after illness, injury, or major change — it can feel confusing or impossible.
You may not know who you are anymore, or feel disconnected from the version of you that existed before. This space is for that too.
There’s no expectation that you have answers or a clear path forward. We begin by meeting yourself exactly where you are today, with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Here, healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong or getting back to who you were.
It’s about quality of life — how it feels to live inside your body and mind, especially when pain, limitation, or uncertainty are part of the picture.
Healing, in this space, means learning how to:
come back to a sense of center when things feel overwhelming
stay in relationship with yourself through change
build moments of steadiness, ease, or meaning — even on hard days
The practices offered here don’t promise relief or resolution. They don’t replace medical or mental health care. They offer ways of resourcing yourself — through movement, breath, reflection, and connection — so life feels a little more livable, even when it’s messy or painful.
Some days the tide is high.
Some days it’s low.
Healing, here, is learning how to stay oriented through both.
There’s no right place to start. You’re invited to begin wherever feels most supportive — or simply to look around and come back later.

Tides of Healing Collective grew out of my own lived experience navigating brain injury, disability, and identity change — alongside a background in medicine, yoga, and therapeutic movement.
I’m not here to fix bodies or optimize lives. I’m here to support people in building kinder, more honest relationships with themselves — especially when life has shifted in ways they didn’t choose.
You belong here — exactly as you are today.
In gratitude,
Morgan Siebs
